Since 1960,No Government has touched lives of the poor like Buhari has done - Festus Keyamo
Humanrights legal advisor and representative of the Buhari/Osinbajo re-election campaign organization, says that since 1960 when Nigeria gained her independence, no Government has touched the lives of the poor like the Buhari-drove administration has done in the last 3 years.
Keyamo said this when he talked at the introduction of Buhari/Osinbajo Project 2019 in Ilorin, Kwara State yesterday August 23rd. He said what President Buhari has done was to take the projectile from the rich to secure poor people.
"They worked a framework that overlooked physical foundation in the nation, that disregarded the predicament of poor people, the powerless and the defenseless in Nigeria. On the off chance that you contrast what gathered with the nation in 16 years and what were finished with the cash earned in three years and framework worked by Buhari, you will see the distinction. In 16 years, whatever they did in the South East was Onisha-Owerri street, though in three years, President Buhari is completing four noteworthy street development in the locale. You have a president who has battled for you, for what reason wouldn't you be able to battle for him.
This is the time he needs you more to battle for him. It is corresponding and that is the reason we should remind ourselves today why we should stand solidly behind him in 2019. I can tell that there is no administration in the historical backdrop of this nation since 1960 that has tended to the situations poor people, the helpless over the most recent three years than this administration." he said
